We honour returns within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and retain their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@tiakikids.com or via phone/WhatsApp. Please ensure the item is packed in its original packaging to maintain its condition. All items must be in unused, unwashed, and pristine condition. Once received and inspected, we will process your return or exchange within 5-10 days.
Due to hygiene standards, underwear cannot be returned. Sale items are final unless defective, in which case they are fully returnable.
Yes, we do! The first exchange for size or style is complimentary within India. Subsequent exchanges would incur a non-refundable fee of ₹199.

Free express national shipping is available for orders above ₹1499. For orders that are equal or lower than ₹1499, a shipping charges vary based on products, volume and distance. The shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payment.
Yes, Tiaki delights in sending joy worldwide. International shipping fees are a flat rate of USD 20 for orders under USD 200. We offer free standard shipping for orders exceeding USD 200.

You can also track your order from the ‘My Account’ section on the website to get an update on your order status. In case of any issue with your order, we will notify you immediately.
